HOW TO STAY HEALTHY THIS SUMMER

 As the spring ends, we are ready to welcome the hotter months of the year and the harsh effects of summer are well known to everyone. As the temperature starts to soar, more and more people experience discomforting conditions. Heat strokes, sunburn, and dehydration are some of the side effects of the scorching heat that summer has brings along. To stay healthy in summer you must take enough precautions. Staying healthy in summer involves several key practices:


1. Stay hydrated

Drink plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration, especially in hot weather.


2. Protect your skin: 

Wear sunscreen with a high SPF, wear hats, and seek shade to prevent sunburn and reduce the risk of skin cancer.
